**Role: Operations Executive, Chennai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for deliverables for Negotiations, Mediation and Arbitration Operations
- This would include documentation, calling, dispatch and receipt of notices
- Generate & maintain templates of formats for various notices and documents as required by the client
- Updating of formats to keep in line with changes in process - by client or internal
- Mail merge of deliverables, populating them from the information received from the client and highlighting the gaps in information, if any
- Overall control over the delivery and quality of final deliverables including signing and dispatch of deliverables and maintaining of PODs
- Maintaining the inventory and raising re-order requests
- Any other job assigned by the Supervisory team

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in the knowledge of MS Office tools
- Typing Skills
- Proficiency in English in both writing and speaking
- A go-getter with problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail for handling multiple deliverables for multiple clients

**Professional Experience and Education**:

- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
