**Major Deliverables**
- Assigning tasks to housekeeping and pantry staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service and customer service if required.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies, and ordering stock as needed.
- Ensure all front desks, cabins, meeting rooms, work stations, pantries and rest rooms are cleaned.
- Visit all sites to check the hygiene, cleanliness.
- Perform administration related tasks at sites as and when required.
- Attend the indoor and outdoor events organized by company as well as do the manpower planning for the same.
- Ensure to adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during each sales event.
- Maintain good and healthy relationship with outsourced services promising vendors.
- To ensure periodic cleaning programs for all sales site offices (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- To ensure regular checks on all the damages and defects of all the day to day used appliances and accessories and ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Keeping a track and inventory of all the company assets at sales sites offices.
- Maintain proper asset inventory of all the samples flats / offices.

**Essential Attributes & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in any Industry as Supervisor.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Hands-on approach for customer service, cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
