**Major Deliverables**
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service and customer service if required.
- Perform administration related tasks at sites as and when required.
- Attend the indoor and outdoor events organized by company as well as do the manpower planning for the same.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during each sales event.
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of small projects as per agreed process / delivery guidelines.
- Maintain good and healthy relationship with outsourced services promising vendors.
- Ensuring regular rounds of the offices areas and also surprise visits during non-office timings to keep a proper and strict check on deputed manpower and upkeep of the offices.
- Maintain proper asset inventory of all the samples flats / offices.
- Ensure strong engagement with vendors, timely issue resolution, accurate & timely payments.
- Timely Ordering and procurement of all the supplies used for running smooth office operations and maintaining inventory.
- Maintain proper asset inventory of all the samples flats / offices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
