Requirements:
**Experience**: 1-2 years in customer-facing IT support roles

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Basic laptop configuration and repair
- Desktop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement
- Printer/Scanner and HUB/Switch installation
- Basic networking and antivirus support at the client site
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft 365 apps
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Understanding of drivers, patches, and tools download from OEM websites

**Tools & Coordination**:

- Experience with ticket logging tools
- Vendor coordination for logging tickets with OEMs and following up until closure
- Alert monitoring, follow-up, and call closure support, including investigation and analysis

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related engineering discipline

Shift:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
