The role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining event-driven microservices, ensuring scalable and reliable backend solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in system integrations, event-driven architectures, and canonical data modeling.Task DesciptionDevelop and maintain backend services leveraging an event-driven microservice framework.Build and deploy cloud-native solutions in Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.Design and optimize canonical data models to ensure efficiency and consistency across integrations.Write and optimize .NET and Python code for scalability, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with frontend, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless system integrations.Document backend services, APIs, and architectural decisions.Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.Required QualificationsStrong proficiency in .NET and Python.Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Storage).Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservice design.Experience with Canonical Data Modeling.Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Azure DevOps.Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and event-based messaging protocols.Please send your resumes to careers@hish.ca with current, expected ctc and notice period.
