Computer Operator job description:

- **Operations and Control**: Operating and controlling the computer systems, including starting and stopping operations, submitting batch jobs, and ensuring that backups are performed as scheduled.
- **Maintenance and Support**: Performing routine maintenance and updates to ensure that systems operate efficiently. This may also involve supporting system upgrades and patches to software.
- **Data Management**: Managing data flow, storage, and retrieval, often involving scheduling and running jobs to process data.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system problems. This may involve working closely with IT staff and other departments to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- **Reporting**: Creating operation logs and reports detailing system status, discrepancies, and maintenance activities. This ensures that there is a clear record of operational performance and incidents.
- **Security**: Ensuring the security of the systems by monitoring access and use. This might include implementing security measures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Working with IT teams and other departments to facilitate operations and address issues. Good communication skills are necessary to explain technical problems to non-technical staff.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining detailed documentation for system operations and configurations which may be used for troubleshooting or during audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
