**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage computers and office systems for data entry and document processing
- Maintain financial records using **Tally ERP software**:

- Enter daily sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
- Generate reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and GST reports using Tally
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash accounting
- Manage and organize digital files and records
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues
- Assist in inventory and stock data management
- Ensure data security and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or data entry operator
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime)**:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM
- Good organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
