Established in 2013, our small team of hard-working and growth-driven professionals has developed more than 200 websites, written over 10,000 articles, and served upwards of 50M page views. We service high traffic websites, e-commerce retailers, media companies, digital agencies, startups, small businesses, and enterprise clients in a variety of industries such as: financial services, SaaS, media communications, food & restaurants, pharmaceuticals, construction, technology and more.

We are looking for hard working, high integrity individuals who would like to join a small, close-knit team. You will be working directly with the CEO to deliver on key marketing responsibilities including video creation, video editing, and content writing. Moreover, you will have the opportunity work with multiple sides of the business including in-house websites, premium partners, and direct clients. For entry-level or experienced professionals, you have the opportunity to learn multiple skill sets, from content writing to social media, and make a direct impact on our clients.

Everyday, you'll work along-side a dedicated team, leveraging our unique video editing process and producing engaging final products on client sites and social platforms. We will train you to review audio and video footage to organize clips into a cohesive brand story. In addition to taking your media skills to a new level, you'll also be solving problems for real audiences, customers, and partners. Since content is the foundation of great marketing, we will combine your video expertise with our content process to drive change in social media campaigns, web development, and custom software. Unlike other companies, you will not be stuck in one silo - content, video, or design. Rather, you'll develop multiple skills and responsibilities to excel within the media industry.

**LOCATION**:Virtual

**HOURS**:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM EST to 5 PM EST

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Film, Production, English, Design, Computer Science, or other relevant field
- Experience and familiarity with video editing tools including but not limited to CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Positive, can-do attitude for service and teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and editing
- Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a company

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Produce short-form and long-form videos for client accounts
- Splice footage for smooth segments and sequences
- Input audio and graphic effects to enhance footage and drive engagement
- Edit lighting, color, and timing to meet deliverable requirements
- Implement client branding to maintain seamless digital experiences across platforms
- Maintain high quality marketing deliverables for various social media platforms and websites
- Execute revisions based on client and senior feedback
- Discover and implement new editing tools, trends, and practices to maintain industry standards
- Write creative, well-researched social copy to accompany video and drive client engagement

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
