**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic **Academic Counselor** to join our team. The counselor will guide students in making informed educational and career decisions by providing expert advice on courses, programs, and career opportunities. The role also involves supporting students' academic journeys, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide academic counseling to prospective and current students regarding course selection, program offerings, and career pathways.
- Assist students in understanding academic policies, procedures, and program requirements.
- Develop personalized education plans and strategies to support student success.
- Identify students facing academic challenges and provide resources or referrals to support services as needed.
- Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and events to promote academic programs and student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using student management systems.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to improve student outcomes and enhance the counseling process.
- Stay updated on the latest academic offerings, industry trends, and best practices in counseling and student support.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in academic advising or counseling (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of educational programs, career counseling strategies, and academic support services.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and guide students.
- Proficiency in using counseling tools and student management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
