**JOB DUTIES**

**_Job Summary:

Responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies before approving payment

**Key Accountabilities**

**Duty Statements**
- Booking of vendor Invoices in SAP
- Clearing of Vendor balances with advances
- Preparation of Advances Report
- Preparation of Creditors Report and passing of Regrouping entries
- Preparation of Schedules for quarterly and Annual audit
- Variance Analysis for HO
- Accounting of Corporate Guarantee Expenses and preparation of GST Invoices
- Monitoring of certain expenses for Sanitisation
- Monthly provisions and TDS compliance
- Accounting of Fixed Asset and execution of depreciation run in SAP
- Accounting and execution of prepaid expenses in SAP
- Extract data from SAP for Corporate Actual Expenses and sent to respective department for budget preparation.
- Other Audit Support (Providing various SAP dump to auditors and resolve audit query, checking and casting of financials)
