Job Title: Associate – Accounts

Location: Goregaon

Experience: 2+ Years

Department: Accounts & Finance

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting and a good understanding of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Process GST invoices, TDS, PF, and other statutory payments.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, accruals, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and audit coordination.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Handle basic admin tasks: office supplies, vendor coordination, travel bookings, couriers, and meeting arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance basics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a CA firm will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
