**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location: Sector 121**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:

- Identify and research potential clients and sales opportunities through various channels (online databases, social media, industry reports, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- **Sales & Relationship Management**:

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the field sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
- **Reporting & CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
