He will be responsible for key areas such as project coordination, sprint planning, testing, freelance hiring and management. Project Coordinator ensures that he will personally handle testing while maintaining oversight of task allocation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
**Total Experience**:7+ years
**Job Location**:Sector 67, Mohali
**Shift Type** : 4 PM to 1 AM IST
**Working Days**:6 (Mon to Sat)
**Working Mode**: In Office
**Key Responsibilities -**
- **Project & Team Coordination**:
- Communicate with team members to track daily progress and resolve any blockers.
- Update project timelines and task boards to reflect completed and pending work.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between development, QA, and design teams.
- **Sprint Planning**:
- Attend and facilitate sprint planning meetings.
- Assign tasks to team members based on project priorities.
- Monitor ongoing sprints, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**:
- Personally conduct tests on all used test cases and relevant features.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Log and track any bugs or issues, working with the development team to resolve them.
- Retest after fixes to ensure the issues are resolved.
- **Freelance Hiring & Coordination**:
- Identify and hire qualified freelancers for development or testing needs.
- Communicate with freelancers to assign tasks and track progress.
- Ensure freelancers meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
- Manage contracts and payment schedules for freelancers.
- **Monitor Development & Quality**:
- Review team progress, ensuring development aligns with project goals.
- Assist the technical team in troubleshooting any roadblocks.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:
- Regularly check for potential project risks or delays.
- Address issues as they arise and communicate solutions to the team.
- **Team Support & Guidance**:
- Provide guidance to developers, helping them stay on track.
- Encourage collaboration and communication within the team.
- **Process Improvements**:
- Review project processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Incorporate feedback from the team to refine workflows.
- **Resource Management**:
- Allocate tasks based on team members' workloads.
- Adjust team assignments as needed to balance priorities.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:
- Research new tools and technologies that can improve project workflows.
- Share industry insights with the team to enhance their skills.
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- 5+ years of exp in managing end-to-end software development projects.
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Understanding of the development life cycle and industry practices (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Showcase ownership and bias for action.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends
