# Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic B2B Sales & Marketing Professional to expand our institutional partnerships in Hyderabad. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with colleges, universities, corporate training departments, and businesses to implement our digital marketing training programs.

# Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential institutional clients (colleges, universities, corporations)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
- Create and present customized training proposals for institutional clients
- Negotiate and close bulk enrollment deals and corporate training packages
- Organize campus presentations and corporate demos
- Execute marketing strategies to reach institutional decision-makers
- Manage institutional client accounts and ensure program success
- Create marketing collateral for B2B outreach
- Coordinate with the training team for customized solutions

# Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in education or corporate training sector
- Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

# Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or training industry sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Existing network with educational institutions in Hyderabad
- Background in corporate training or L&D
- Experience with institutional marketing campaigns

Pay: ₹9,121.07 - ₹35,200.52 per month

Compensation Package:
