**Job Summary**

The Quality Control Specialist will oversee and maintain quality standards during the assembly process. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can identify and address quality issues, implement inspection processes, and ensure compliance with product specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspection and Quality Checks**:

- Conduct routine inspections at various stages of the assembly process.
- Identify defects or deviations in products and components.
- **Process Monitoring**:

- Ensure that assembly processes adhere to quality protocols.
- Monitor and record assembly line metrics to track product quality.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Prepare reports on quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with assembly line workers to address quality concerns.
- Provide training and guidance on quality control standards.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure products meet internal and external regulatory standards.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in electronics or LED manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or similar quality management systems is a plus.
