- Location: Feroke, Kozhikode

Responsibilities include:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- answering queries about products.
- Understanding client requirements and closing sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sale support when requested.
- Inform clients about unforeseen delays and problems.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
