**Role Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using our CRM system.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and trade shows, including scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and organizing promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing data and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the travel industry or aviation sector is a plus.
