**Job Title: Video Editor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage to create cohesive and engaging narratives, ensuring alignment with project goals and audience needs.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements and creative vision.
- **Post-Production**:

- Incorporate graphics, sound, music, and visual effects to enhance video quality and impact.
- Color grade and adjust audio levels for optimal viewing experiences.
- **Content Management**:

- Organize and maintain video assets and project files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a consistent style and branding across all video content.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Review and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to meet project specifications.
- Ensure all edits are completed within established deadlines.
- **Stay Current**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve video editing skills and production quality.
- Experiment with new editing styles and techniques to enhance creativity and innovation in projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
