**Job Role**:
You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of creative assets that drive customer engagement and boost sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot (if needed), edit, and produce high-quality videos for product promotions, ads, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc.) to align with e-commerce and social media trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visual concepts and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to e-commerce marketing.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design/video editing tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for digital platforms is a plus.
- Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to take creative feedback positively and work iteratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic photography/videography techniques is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media ads, Google display ads, and e-commerce marketing trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,002.55 per month
