Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the target audience. You will use various design tools and software to develop designs for a wide range of projects, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, marketing collateral, and more. Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and other team members will be essential to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs and concepts using graphics, images, illustrations, and typography.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and ideate design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message or brand image.
- Design Execution: Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs for various mediums, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Layout and Composition: Determine the arrangement of visual elements, including images, text, and graphics, to achieve a cohesive and visually pleasing design.
- Image Editing: Edit and enhance images, including resizing, cropping, retouching, and color correction, as necessary.
- Print and Digital Production: Prepare and optimize designs for print and digital media, considering color profiles, file formats, and output specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and web development, to ensure design integration and alignment with project goals.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and make necessary revisions within specified deadlines.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and knowledge.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation for easy access and future reference.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
