Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in driving customer acquisition and growth through the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Meta and Google platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute effective performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta and Google Ads, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Manage and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns for a real estate with a high number of SKUs, ensuring maximum ROI and meeting performance targets.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and success.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Experience managing large-scale advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

Experience with a real estate is preferred.

Proficiency in Shopify is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
