We're seeking a data-driven and creative **Performance Marketing Manager** to help scale our user acquisition and revenue growth.

**Job Summary**

As a **Performance Marketing Manager**, you will lead and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable outcomes, including user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You’ll manage advertising across Google, Meta, and other platforms, optimize for performance, and collaborate closely with content, product, and analytics teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and copy
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and improve future performance
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
- Manage performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, preferably in an edtech or consumer-tech environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Understanding of customer funnel, attribution modeling, and CRM integration
- Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns at scale
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with SEO/ASO and organic growth strategies
