Technical skill:
Good Knowledge in Microsoft products like Windows, MS Office and Outlook

Basic M365 Suit Knowledge

To analyze the hardware issues and to rectify the same with the help of vendor.

To handle iPhone, iPad Gadgets issues (mail configuration, MS teams, Threema)

To support in setting up the meeting rooms for Video conferences and other Presentations Connectivity

AV setup support for Town hall Meetings (large scale of 200 users)

Basic Knowledge of networking

knowledge in handling the collaboration tools like Cisco Webex, MS Teams etc

Video Conferencing equipment Product Knowledge’s from the connectivity perspective (Polycom, Cisco)

Soft kill and personality:
Good written and oral English Communication. (+Hindi Lang Preference)

Pleasant personality and confidence to company high level Management meetings.

Vendor Coordination and Management

3+ yrs. of experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT: 3 years (preferred)
