**Job Summary**:
**Location: Vapi, Dahej, Bharuch**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction chemicals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and in the dealer network and support the existing dealer and sub distributor network.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, meet collection of payments.
- Generate sales reports and analyse data from team members.

**Marketing & Brand Promotion**:

- Develop and implement **marketing campaigns** to promote construction chemicals.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and content creation to increase brand awareness.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, expos, and sustainability events.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental solutions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
