_**Job Description: Draughtsman / AutoCAD Engineer / 2D Drafting / Surveying / FMB Drafting**_

**Position Summary**:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman/AutoCAD Engineer specializing in 2D drafting, surveying, and FMB drafting to join our team. As a Draughtsman/AutoCAD Engineer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and precise technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD software. Your expertise in surveying and FMB drafting will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our designs with relevant regulations and standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Drawings: Create detailed and accurate 2D technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD software based on project requirements and specifications. This may include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or other relevant drawings.

2. Surveying: Conduct field surveys to gather necessary data, measurements, and topographic information for drafting purposes. Utilize surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS devices, or laser scanners, to ensure precise measurements.

3. FMB Drafting: Prepare Field Measurement Books (FMB) by accurately incorporating survey data and measurements into the drafting process. Ensure compliance with local land regulations, boundaries, and property lines.

4. Drafting Standards: Adhere to drafting standards, codes, and guidelines to produce drawings that are clear, standardized, and easy to interpret. Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all drawings.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, resolve design issues, and incorporate necessary changes into the drawings.

6. Documentation and Records: Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and project-related information. Organize and manage drawing files, both electronically and in physical format, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

7. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of drafted drawings to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential design issues. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project specifications.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, new drafting techniques, and emerging software tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the drafting process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience: Proven experience as a Draughtsman, AutoCAD Engineer, or in a similar role, with proficiency in 2D drafting, surveying, and FMB drafting.

3. AutoCAD Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software, including expertise in creating technical drawings, using layers, blocks, and other advanced features. Familiarity with other drafting software and tools is a plus.

4. Surveying Skills: Knowledge and experience in conducting field surveys, using surveying equipment, and accurately collecting and interpreting survey data.

5. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, error-free drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Communication: Effective communication skills to understand project requirements, collaborate with team members, and present information clearly.

7. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and land surveying standards. Knowledge of FMB drafting and local land regulations is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
