**Experience Required**: 1-2 years in labour compliance (preferably in fabrication, façade, or construction industries)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Compliance Executive** with hands-on experience in **labour law compliance and statutory management** in the façade, windows, and aluminium fabrication industry. The role requires managing both **factory and site-level compliance** including handling contractors, ensuring documentation, inspections, and workforce regulatory adherence across multiple states.

**Key Responsibilities**:Statutory Compliance (Factory + Site)**:

- Ensure timely compliance with:

- **Factories Act, 1948**
- **Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act**
- **Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act**
- **Shops & Establishments Act** (for office/site locations)
- **PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages**
- **Maternity Benefit Act**, **Equal Remuneration Act**
- Maintain all required statutory registers (muster roll, wages, overtime, etc.)

**Contract Labour & Vendor Compliance**:

- Verify and monitor compliance of all manpower vendors and subcontractors.
- Collect and audit documents like wage sheets, ECR, ESIC challans, labour licenses, etc.
- Conduct **site visits** for compliance audits and issue corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with site and factory teams to implement compliance SOPs.

**Liaison & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit returns to authorities (Labour Dept., EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
- Respond to labour inspections, show cause notices, and assist during audits.
- Ensure timely renewal of factory registration and statutory licenses.

**Reporting & Records**:

- Maintain up-to-date **compliance dashboards, MIS reports, and audit logs**.
- Digitally archive all compliance records for easy retrieval and inspection readiness.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Thorough knowledge of **labour laws applicable to manufacturing and construction sites**
- Experience with **contract labour management** and **multi-state compliance**
- Proficiency in statutory portals (Shram Suvidha, EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
- Strong **documentation**, **follow-up**, and **coordination** skills
- MS Excel

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Law, or HR

Experience in **façade, aluminium, windows, or construction sector** is an added advantage

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
