Welcoming the patients with a smiling face and doing their registrations.
- In case of Old Patient ask the diagnosis and forward it to the concerned department and in case of new patient give the registration form and filling the same.
- To take messages and communicate to appropriate staff/officer.
- Updating the Patient and their Admission details in the Hospital HIMS.
- Collecting the registration fees and issuing the bills.
- Collecting of advances from the patients and recording the same.
- Issuing of Patient ID Cards.
- Attending of Official Phone calls and providing clarification.
- Helps to solve the Patient grievances in a polite and diligent manner.
- To guide the Patient properly to the respective departments.
- To schedule patient appointment with the doctors.
- Maintaining of all the Consultants Duty timings on a regular basis.
- To help the patients and visitors and guide them properly.
- To indent and receive office supply from the stores.
- All departments’ case sheet and ID bands maintain in the reception.
- Maintaining the Ambulance requestion form and arranging for drivers for the same, if required.
- Taking Patient Feedbacks.
- Patient complaints to be forwarded to the concerned departments.
- Educate the Patients about various facilities in the hospital.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹8,679.62 - ₹16,736.13 per month
