**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify AI opportunities and develop scalable solutions.
- Work with large datasets to train and validate machine learning models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and machine learning systems for continuous learning and model improvements.
- Optimize AI models for production environments, focusing on speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze model performance to ensure effectiveness and make iterative improvements based on real-world feedback.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, model performance metrics, and model deployment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, algorithms, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a strong track record of building and deploying AI models.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and tools (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or other distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills, with a deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data and business problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and explainability in machine learning models.
- Knowledge of advanced AI research topics, such as transfer learning, adversarial machine learning, or meta-learning, is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
