Position Overview:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks and financial activities within the organization. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Record daily transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Invoice Raising and Maintaining invoice registers.
- PF & ESI & GST & TDS Related Filings and Actions.
- Financial Reporting:

- Assist in preparing financial statements.
- Generate various financial reports for management review.
- Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist in administrative tasks related to the accounting and finance department.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred but not required for junior positions.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
