**Job Description**:
As a Physician Orthopedic (MBBS) at Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited, you will specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, providing expert care to patients across our network of polyclinics. Your role will involve evaluating patients, prescribing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations:
Conduct thorough consultations with patients presenting with orthopedic concerns.

Perform detailed examinations of the musculoskeletal system to diagnose orthopedic conditions.

Review medical histories, imaging studies, and laboratory tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.

Treatment Planning:
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and diagnostic findings.

Prescribe medications, therapies, and orthopedic devices as appropriate.

Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive measures.

Medical Procedures:
Perform minor orthopedic procedures such as joint injections, splinting, and casting.

Coordinate referrals to orthopedic surgeons or other specialists for advanced interventions as needed.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Education:
Educate patients about their orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes.

Offer advice on injury prevention, ergonomics, and sports safety.

Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, radiologists, and surgeons, to provide integrated care.

Participate in case discussions, treatment planning sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

Postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB) in Orthopedics preferred but not mandatory.

Valid Medical Council registration and license to practice medicine.

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics.

Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in musculoskeletal examinations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
