**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and success metrics.
- Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate the performance of models and algorithms, and iterate as needed to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
- Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and recommend new techniques and technologies to enhance our capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and tools to support data analysis and modeling efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data science and machine learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex, unstructured data.
- Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
