We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, develop models, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into valuable information, driving innovation and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- **Model Development**: Assist in the design and implementation of statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges and optimize processes.
- **Data Visualization**: Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards to present data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and other departments to ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports summarizing key findings, model results, and actionable recommendations.

**Required Skills**:

- **Programming**: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- **Data Analysis**: Experience with statistical analysis, data manipulation, and machine learning techniques.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- **SQL**: Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- **Cloud Platforms**: Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- **Big Data**: Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is beneficial.
- **Machine Learning**: Familiarity with advanced machine learning algorithms and techniques is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
