**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate **Data Science fresher** who has completed at least **6 months of practical training, internship, or project experience** in the data science field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing** from various sources.
- Support the team in **building, evaluating, and optimizing ML models**.
- Perform **exploratory data analysis (EDA)** to derive insights and patterns.
- Work on **data visualization** dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and domain experts on ongoing projects.
- Document findings, code, and models in a structured manner.
- Continuously learn and adopt new techniques, tools, and frameworks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months internship/training** in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Python** (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Understanding of **machine learning algorithms** (supervised/unsupervised).
- Knowledge of **SQL** and database concepts.
- Familiarity with **data visualization** tools/libraries.
- Basic understanding of statistics and probability.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Good to Have (Optional)**
- Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with **big data tools** (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of **deep learning frameworks** (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
