**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated **IT Support Trainee** to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to learn. As an IT Support Trainee, you will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting end-users. You will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, networking, and system administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Provide first-line support to employees for IT-related queries.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions.
- Support IT team in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment like printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Learn and follow IT security protocols and data protection policies.
- Participate in IT training and workshops to improve technical skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or certification (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
