- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or pursuing).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or certification (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
