**About the job**:

- Present internal executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
- Set up and configure data models.
- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
- Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
- Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders

**About you**:

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Solution design
- Knowledge of opportunity and account management
- Relationship tree creation and maintenance
- Experience with marketing cloud manager
- Experience with third party products integration (e.g. Loopio, Sirion, Conga) is a bonus and good to have
- Data segmentation, optimization, and management
- Scripting and query
- Knowledge in Javascript and Amp script is a bonus
- Multi-channel subscriber management
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Web analytics
- Project management
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS
- SQL
