We are currently seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with a strong background in analysis, content development, and the design of process-oriented end-user training. This role is specifically tailored for users of a customized version of Salesforce. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze requirements. They will be responsible for creating comprehensive training storyboards, developing training programs, manuals, facilitator guides, and other training aids. These materials will be used across various mediums, including online, self-study, web-based, and classroom settings, to support both internal staff and external clients.
