**Responsibilities**
- Environment Build Specialists are responsible for creation/maintenance of Environment Management procedures/process.
- Hands-on experience of creation and refresh of Non-Production Salesforce/Oracle environments from Production environment sources.
- Deployment, maintenance, and administration of Salesforce/Oracle SaaS platforms utilising a combination of automated and manual deployment procedures.
- User Management of environments and management of managed packages/bundles within system to agreed SOX standards.
- Previous experience of working with managed packages and patch management is desirable.
- Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions
- Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Micro Focus products, parts, and services.
- Liaison/Coordination with Internal Build teams/third parties to develop a catalogue of available Environments/Instances within MF IT.
- Creation of documentation for repeatable Environment Management procedures
- Gather and maintain necessary connectivity/configuration information to enable system connectivity/integration.
- Liaison with Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and establish connectivity to and from Salesforce and other extended systems within Sales domain.
- Participation in ITSM procedures where necessary and adherence to MF policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to train/adapt to adhoc and emerging requirements for MF IT Build & Deliver function.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Specialist - 3-6 years of IT Industry experience.
- Experience of working in E2E project delivery and Run/BAU support at an Enterprise level.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Foundational or expert knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- SalesForce, Dell Boomi /Solace, Oracle, Oracle Net Suite or Net Suite Open Air highly desirable

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A Team Player with strong team ethos and a CAN DO attitude.

- Creative problem solver who is able to solve problems and offer tactical and strategic solutions.
- Flexibility to accommodate out of hours /weekend work to accommodate Release windows, releases, quarter end and year end activities etc.
- Take proactive ownership of assigned work packages.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
