Now is the time to join the force **Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Onboard companies & recruiters & manage their hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with learners & match their profiles with the hiring manager for screening
- Arrange interview preparation & CV reformatting with in-house mentor
- Arrange interviews with the recruiters & complete the hiring process with required documents.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree**(preferably in Management, HR, or related field).
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment and placement operations.
