**Position Title**: Export Executive

**Qualification**: Graduate/PG in any stream. PG: Diploma in Export Management will be preferred.

**Job Location**: Vile Parle (Mumbai

**Experience**: 3-5 years
- Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, export licenses, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, laws, and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely transportation and delivery of goods.
- Handle export orders from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing, packing, and dispatch. Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with international clients to provide updates on order status, shipping schedules, and resolve any issues related to the export process.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure that export orders are fulfilled on time.
- Assist in preparing quotes, pricing, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure smooth handling of payments for export transactions, including managing letters of credit, bank transfers, and invoices. Assist in minimizing payment risks by ensuring correct documentation.
- Provide regular reports to management on export sales, shipment status, and any issues that may affect the delivery of goods.

- Proven experience in export, logistics, or international trade (typically 2-3 years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
