**Designation**: Finance Executive

**Location**: New Delhi
- The Finance Executive will assist the Finance Manager in all matters relating to the finance department; including maintenance of books of accounts, variance analysis, audit, etc. S/he will also work closely on matters related to budgeting and reporting. The core responsibilities incudes:

- Review and process all reimbursements, travel claims, advance request etc. received from project offices.
- Ensure appropriate supporting documents are available with the claims received and seek necessary approvals.
- Process and account for expense claims settlement in appropriate account head
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Account.
- Maintain records for monthly eligible reimbursements made to project staff and update the same on regular basis.
- Keep track of advances due and follow-up with the concerned staff for its timely settlement.
- Provide support in audit preparation during internal / statutory / donor audit.
- Ensure issue of TDS Certificate to the respective vendors / contractors.
- Maintain filing systems for documents and vouchers and ensure proper files are maintained to support all transactions processed.
- Settle invoices submitted by vendors
- Undertake any other tasks which may be assigned by the Supervisor.

**Qualifications and Experience Requirement**:

- Applicant must be a graduate in Commerce with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of working on ERP or other accounting software
