**The Role - Finance Executive - Finance & Accounts**:
To keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with clients. This will include
processing invoices, tracking expenses of the organization, sending bills to customers; processing
refunds; and, working to resolve billing disputes.
**Basic Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating invoices and processing the same
- Creating and maintaining expense trackers
- Prepare monthly financial reports - Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflow, monthly and quarterly MIS
- working with the accounts team
- To manage and maintain a control of inventory and fixed assets;
- Responsible for GST filing and reconciliations;
- Preparation of reconciliation reports between the data received from various sources (website, amazon and other platforms) and books;
- Coordinating with banks for day to day operations and cash flow management.
**Prerequisits**:
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and
PowerPoint. Working knowledge of widely used accounting softwares including
Tally;
Minimum qualification - Graduate (B. Com)
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in managing accounting and finance function;
Ability to prepare GST, TDS calculations, reconciliations and to file returns;
Intermediate knowledge of Accounting standards;
Good communication skills (written and verbal);
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
