**Full Job Description**

We need female office assistant and telecaller with knowledge of accountancy, excel and internet. Personality should be pleasant and presentable. commerce background preferred
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing services orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
computer and internet knowledge is essential.
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Meeting generation: 1 year
- language (Hindi, English both)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
