**Job Description**:

- Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop appropriate learning methodologies, content, and evaluation strategies for soft skills training programs.

Ø Update and customize training materials based on the specific needs and requirements of the participants.

Ø Conduct specialized training sessions tailored to individual employees, assessing their strengths and weaknesses.

Ø Training Needs Analysis:
Ø Analyze the soft skills required by the participants through various methods, such as questionnaires, psychometric tests, and focus group discussions.

Ø Assess the current competency levels of participants to design targeted and effective training programs.

Ø Training Content and Adaptation:
Ø Prepare and adapt training content to suit the changing needs and demographics of the audience.

Ø Possess in-depth knowledge of the topics being trained to deliver comprehensive and engaging sessions.

Ø Training Games and Role Plays:
Ø Utilize facilitation tools, including training games and role plays, to enhance the learning experience.

Ø Implement role play exercises to simulate real-world scenarios, allowing participants to practice and improve their soft skills.

Ø Confidence: Display strong self-confidence and exceptional public speaking skills to effectively communicate with participants with confidence in them.

Ø Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to deliver training effectively and build trust with participant

Ø Passion for Training: Demonstrate a genuine passion for continuous learning and a desire to empower others through knowledge sharing.

Ø Cognitive Capability: Possess logical and creative thinking abilities to help participants approach new challenges innovatively.

Ø Collaboration: Emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration in today's interconnected business landscape.

Ø Problem-Solving: Encourage participants to think critically and develop creative solutions to challenges, fostering a culture of innovation.

Ø Interpersonal Skills: Highlight the significance of maintaining meaningful connections and building strong business relationships.

Ø Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills

Ø Excellent people management and stake holder management
