Position: Language Proficiency Trainer (English)

**Job Description**:
As a Language Proficiency Trainer specializing in English, you will play a key role in enhancing the language skills of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive English language training programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:

- Design engaging and effective English language courses that align with learners' proficiency levels.
- Create lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to ensure a well-rounded language education experience.

2. Instructional Delivery:

- Conduct dynamic and interactive English language classes for individuals and small groups.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student engagement.

3. Assessment and Feedback:

- Administer regular assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

4. Individualized Support:

- Offer one-on-one sessions to address specific language challenges and provide personalized guidance.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate in the language learning process actively.

5. Stay Updated:

- Keep abreast of current language teaching methodologies, resources, and trends to improve training programs continuously.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, IELTS)

Job Timing:02.30PM TO 10.30PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
