**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and coaching programs (CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary & etc).
- **Admissions Guidance**: Assist students in the entire enrollment process, including course selection, fee structure explanation, and program details.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing their concerns, and providing them with the right information to make informed decisions.
- **Student Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience and increase student retention.
- **Information Sharing**: Stay updated on exam details, course offerings, and admission timelines related to CAT, CLAT, IPM, Judiciary and CUET to effectively counsel students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Min of 6 months of experience in academic counseling, preferably with a focus on competitive exams like CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET & Judiciary.
- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in education,
- psychology, or business).
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
- articulate complex information clearly and concisely to students and parents.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
