**Responsibilities**:

- Job Posting
- Handling calls: inbound and outbound
- Managing excel sheets
- Managing MIS
- IT/Non-IT profile handling

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal and non verbal skills
- Must know Hindi and Bengali apart from English
- Experience with MIS
- Knowledge on sourcing and portal handling
- Managing data

**Must be a Graduate(any field)**
- Shift Time: Mon-Sat_
- Sundays fixed off_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
