**Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate**
**Location: Sector 74A, Gurugram**
**Salary Range: INR 14,000 to INR 24,000 per month**
**Experience: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales**
**Education: Graduation Mandatory**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
2. Showcase and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
6. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
2. Graduation is mandatory.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
