Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
and objectives.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.client calling, Lead generation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular
reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior
management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for
experience in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Skills:
○ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
○ Understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
○ Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
