**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- **Strategic Planning cycles**: Support with insights on the strategic planning cycles for each of the sector companies, including liaising with various departments to align financial plans with business objectives
- **Financial & strategic Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analyses of financial operations including market expectations & peer comparison. Perform detailed variance analysis and establish trend analysis to support decision-making.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present periodic financial reports through presentations & dashboards to senior management including Group CEO and Group CFO, providing insights into performance, growth, and profitability.
- **Board Reports**: Prepare and present quarterly reports of the group's strategic & operational progress for Board & analyst reviews. This includes sector-specific updates along with relevant supporting details.
- **Investment performance**: Monitoring Group Investments, drive group company valuations & engage with auditors and businesses for impairment analysis for accounting standard compliance.
- **Financial Modelling**: Build and maintain complex financial models to support new business initiatives, M&A, or strategic projects.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with sector finance leads, providing financial insights and support to drive performance improvements.
- **Others**: Partner with IT to drive process automation and management dashboards, enabling increased efficiency & support with initiatives to build FP&A Community across the Mahindra Group.

**Experience**
- 8-10 years of relevant FP&A experience
- **Industry Preferred**

**Qualifications**
- CA or MBA
- **General Requirements**
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
