Job Title Manager - Financial Planning Analysis Location Mumbai Maharashtra Compensation Up to 13-14 LPA Exp 2-3 Year Bank and NBFC exp required Employment Type Full Time About the Role The Manager - Financial Planning Analysis will lead budgeting forecasting and strategic planning for business and central units Based in Powai the role involves analyzing loan book performance branch profitability and key financial metrics The candidate will support senior management with insights through market analysis ALM statements and financial reports CA or Finance postgraduates with NBFC Banking experience and strong analytical skills are preferred Key Responsibilities Lead the Financial Planning Analysis FP A function for the Business and Central Unit Prepare annual periodic budgets and strategic plans Analyze loan book performance collections and key financial ratios Generate branch-level profitability statements and productivity metrics Conduct market analysis competition mapping and peer benchmarking Deliver analytical reports to support Senior Management decision-making Prepare cash flow forecasts and Asset Liability Management ALM statements Desired Profile Postgraduate in Finance CA preferred Experience in NBFC or Banking sectors Strong financial modeling analytical and presentation skills Regards Shipra Singh Asst HR Manager STAFFIAA SERVICES
